Siddharth Rao

Siddharth Rao has a diverse range of work experience in IT leadership and project management roles. Siddharth is currently serving as the Global CIO and VP of IT, Cybersecurity, & Commercial Ops at axogen, where they have successfully led a global IT strategy, accelerating digital transformation and cloud adoption. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the VP of Information Technology at Flair First, where they championed blockchain projects and led global engineering teams. Siddharth also has experience working at Biogen as a Senior IT Program Manager, PAMEdge as the Founder & CEO, AstraZeneca as an IT Project Manager/SysAdmin, and Iron Mountain as a Middleware Systems Administrator & Architect. Siddharth'swork throughout these roles has focused on driving technological innovation, implementing IT solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency and security.

Siddharth Rao has an MBA degree with a focus on Operations & Technology Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Siddharth also has a Master of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Utah State University. Siddharth obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, they have a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
