Allison Pinales, MEd, possesses a diverse background in education and program management. From December 2015 to April 2017, Allison served as Executive Director and Senior Advisor at TED Conferences before becoming a 6th Grade ELA Teacher and Reading Teacher at Clark County School District from August 2017 to July 2022. In addition, Allison worked at Teach For America as a Corps Member, where participation included an intensive education program focusing on curriculum development and classroom management. From July 2022 to March 2024, Allison held the position of Manager of Field Content Development at Sysco, collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging training materials. Currently, Allison is the Learning & Development Program Manager II at Axon. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
