Brian Glaister

Brian Glaister is an accomplished leader in product management and entrepreneurial ventures, currently serving as the Director of Product and Head of New Business Incubation at Axon since June 2020. Glaister previously built Axon's Justice vertical from the ground up, significantly impacting criminal justice reform and generating substantial revenue growth. With extensive experience as an entrepreneur, Glaister co-founded Cadence Biomedical, achieving a successful exit while developing life-changing wearable medical technology. Additional roles include mentoring and advising in various entrepreneurial capacities through Conflux Innovations and participating in product management and innovation at companies such as Itron and Intellectual Ventures. Glaister holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Bioengineering from Villanova University, Arizona State University, and the University of Washington.
