Earlier experience includes human resources roles at Sundance Consulting, NorthWind Environmental, Portage, Inc., and office management at Sports Academy. Elisa is an alumnus of Villanova University, having completed multiple courses from 2008 to 2009 and attended North Idaho College from 1991 to 1992.
