Elizabeth Hart

Elizabeth Hart is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of People at Axon since January 2019, Elizabeth has progressed through various positions within the company, including SVP, VP, and Director of People. Additionally, Elizabeth contributes as a Board Member and Mentorship Chair for Girls in Tech Phoenix. Prior to Axon, Elizabeth held the Chief Administrative Officer position at Trax Group and served in several roles at Bloomberg LP, including Chief of Staff for Bloomberg Government and HR Business Partner in Asia. Earlier career experience includes a Division Director role at Robert Half Legal and work as a paralegal. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington and completed education at Bryn Mawr School for Girls.
