Melissa Ballou

Melissa Ballou is a seasoned billing specialist currently serving as a Senior Billing Specialist at Axon since December 2021. Prior to this role, Melissa accumulated extensive experience at Rackspace from October 2013 to December 2021, progressing from Billing Specialist III to A/R Relationship Specialist. Melissa's career began at JP Hart Lumber Company, where responsibilities included accounts receivable from November 2007 to October 2013. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas State University, completed between 2020 and 2022, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from San Antonio College, obtained from 2018 to 2020.
