Paddy Wu

Paddy Wu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and product development across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Axon, Paddy is focused on developing innovative public safety devices. As a co-founder of Whisdom, Paddy has successfully designed and marketed the American Whiskey Glass, fostering a community between distilleries and consumers. Previous roles include Head of Program Management at Picnic, where Paddy implemented engineering change processes and led product development, and Senior Program Manager at Spacelabs Healthcare, focusing on patient monitoring devices. Paddy's background at Boeing includes significant leadership positions in product lifecycle development and Agile coaching, as well as contributions to high-stakes projects like the 777x airplane program. Paddy holds multiple degrees from Indiana University Bloomington and the University of Washington, including an MBA and an MS in Entrepreneurship.
