Yemi Akisanya

Yemi Akisanya currently serves as Vice President of Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and People Experience at Axon since April 2023. Additionally, Yemi is a member of the Board of Directors for digitalundivided and i.c.stars and holds a position on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board for the Executive MBA program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Previous roles include Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Groupon and Head of Diversity and Inclusion at OCC. Yemi has significant experience in product management and quality assurance from positions at OCC, Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group, JPMorgan Chase, and Career Education Corporation. Yemi holds an Executive MBA focused on Global Leadership and Social Impact from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Communication from the same institution, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
