Phuong Nguyen

Phuong Nguyen is the CAO at Axon Active. Prior to this, they worked at Wonderful Saigon Garment Co., Ltd from August 2012 to August 2017. During their time there, they held various positions such as General Assistant/Admin/Human resource/Accounting/Import-Export Executive.

Phuong has a wealth of experience in different areas. In their admin role, they were responsible for tasks such as arranging appointments and booking hotels and air tickets. Phuong also managed the company car and driver's time sheet, as well as taxi cards. For human resources, they posted job recruitments, filtered candidates' profiles and arranged interviews. Phuong also prepared probationary contracts and labor contracts, and updated employees' information on the internal system. In addition, Phuong was also responsible for accounting tasks such as calculating salaries, bonuses, allowances and personal income tax. Phuong also registered personal income tax codes and insurance codes to newcomers. Import-Export wise, they were in charge of preparing custom declarations and monthly import-export budget analysis reports.

Overall, Phuong is a highly experienced and versatile individual who has proven herself to be an asset in any organization they work in.

Phuong Nguyen's educational career began with a BS in finance from Banking University Hochiminh. After graduation, Nguyen obtained certification from the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) in EF SET Certificate.

They work with Dominik Sauter - CBO, Thuan Ho - Head of Department, and Muon Nguyen - Branch Director, Can Tho. Their manager is Markus Baur, CEO.
