Betsy Maldonado, MBA, has extensive experience in marketing and product management, currently serving as Director of Marketing at Axonics, Inc. since February 2019, following roles as Senior Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Betsy worked at Ormco as Product Marketing Manager, focusing on the digital orthodontic system, Insignia, in the EMEA market, and as Sr. Digital Technical Specialist. Betsy began their career at Montecito Dental Group as a Registered Dental Assistant, honing skills in patient education and treatment monitoring for Invisalign. Betsy also operated as an Independent Consultant and Trainer for Invisalign providers from 2009 to 2011, specializing in staff training and patient education. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University-Northridge.
