Liz Dixon

Liz Dixon is a Clinical Specialist currently employed at Axonics, Inc. since November 2023, with previous experience in a similar role at BD from February 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Liz served as Clinical Supervisor at Phoenix Children's Hospital from October 2012 to January 2021, overseeing Level 1 Trauma ORs, and also worked as a Circulating Nurse and Registered Nurse in Med Surg. Liz began nursing career at Arizona Spine & Joint Hospital as a PRN Orthopedic Inpatient RN from March 2012 to August 2014. Liz earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Arizona College of Nursing between 2007 and 2011.
