Pamela Simana is a seasoned consultant with a focus on process optimization and lean management. Currently serving as a Consultor de procesos at Axonier Consultores since October 2020, Pamela has been engaged in analyzing and diagnosing business processes for Banco Supervielle, along with managing and optimizing initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Consultor lean management at CLEVER OUTPUT, where Pamela implemented Lean tools in office environments, enhancing productivity and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. During tenure at Finnegans, Pamela provided consultancy for retail and various other industries, focusing on digital transformation and client service enhancements. Earlier roles include working as an Asistente de producto and Asistente de dirección, underscoring a comprehensive background in operational support and product development. Pamela holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
