Emma V Sadler is a Learning Content Manager and Instructional Designer at Axonify since April 2022, contributing to the development of a frontline enablement solution aimed at enhancing workforce potential through a science-backed approach. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Coordinator at Nudge, where a mobile-first platform aimed to empower frontline workers, and a District Training Manager at Roots, alongside various positions in retail management and education, including roles as a Zumba Instructor and Dance Movement Psychotherapist. Emma holds a Master’s Degree in Dance Therapy from Canterbury Christ Church University and is pursuing further certifications in Mindfulness-Based Adult Education and Digital Learning.
