Erin Bresser

Erin Bresser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and support, currently serving as a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at Axonify since March 2017. Erin has a track record of enhancing customer experience and satisfaction on a global scale while also mentoring team members in delivering high-quality service. Prior to Axonify, Erin worked at United Way Kitchener Waterloo & Area in various roles, including Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included training partner organizations on online giving platforms and ensuring data accuracy. Erin's earlier positions include roles in recruitment and outreach for the University of Waterloo, as well as leadership in a science outreach program through Let's Talk Science. Erin holds a BA in Psychology and Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo, a postgraduate certificate in Community and Social Service Management from Conestoga College, and a continuing education micro-credential in Data Analytics from Conestoga College.
