Jason Fardo

Jason Fardo has over 17 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing. Jason has worked with various companies, including Axos Bank, BD, Intuit, Interactivate, Integres Global Logistics, and Tyco International.

At Axos Bank, Jason served as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Jason trained and led the QA engineers for the Centers of Excellence organization, ensuring the development of internal software and processes. Jason also tested the identity store and the merger of banking brands into the Axos site.

During their time at BD, as a Principal Software Quality Engineer, Jason played a crucial role in transitioning from the Common Formulary app to the BD HealthSight™ Data Manager app. Jason led a team of test engineers for the Distributed Manager, a cloud-based portal for managing device formularies. Jason was responsible for testing activities, deployments, documentation, test case creation, and execution.

At Intuit, Jason held multiple roles. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, they led the QA efforts for a new TurboTax social proof AWS-hosted marketing application. Jason also mentored software engineers and developers involved in the project.

At Intuit, as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Innovation Catalyst, Jason led the testing of various TurboTax applications, including the Benefit Finder and Deduction Finder apps. Jason also led experimental product testing initiatives and the testing of Lacerte Mobile Connect.

At Interactivate, Jason developed and implemented a new quality assurance department for the creative digital agency. Jason managed the end-to-end user experience of over 100 client websites, including content, functionality, usability, and user experience.

At Integres Global Logistics, Jason wrote and executed test plans and test cases for 20 websites and a back-office database system. Jason also managed automated testing scripts and performed WebTrends server installs, maintenance, and analysis.

During their time at Tyco International, Jason developed and implemented a quality assurance department for the Internet Technology Group. Jason wrote and executed test plans and test cases for multiple applications and websites worldwide and managed automated testing scripts.
