Lisa James

Lisa James has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Lisa started their career at Bank of America as a Financial Relationship Manager, managing a portfolio of high net worth bank clients. Lisa then moved to Santa Barbara Bank and Trust, where they held various roles such as VP Sales Manager, VP Regional Sales Manager, and VP Business Development Officer. In these roles, they led teams, coached and mentored employees, and exceeded sales goals. Lisa also worked at Chase as a Vice President/Area Manager and VP Senior Relationship Manager, where they coached Relationship Managers and managed business client relationships. Lisa then joined City National Bank as a VP Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager, leading a team and providing customized solutions for individuals and businesses. Lisa later worked at Umpqua Bank as a Vice President Middle Market Relationship Manager, and at Axos Bank as a Vice President Commercial Banking. Currently, Lisa is serving as the Membership Committee Director for The W Source™, an organization that allows professional women to network, collaborate, and problem solve. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated a superior level of customer service, achieved sales goals, and contributed to the growth and profitability of the organizations they have worked for.

Lisa James earned their BA in Law & Society from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 1980 to 1985.
