Raymond D. Matsumoto

Raymond D. Matsumoto is currently the EVP, COO at Axos. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President - Chief Administrative Officer at CIT Bank from August 2015 to March 2017. In this role, they established and led Transformation Management, Enterprise Portfolio Management, Resolution and Recovery, Contracts and Procurement, and Corporate Physical Security. Finally, they developed and launched the regulatory mandated Resolution and Recovery function including the first plan submission by 12/31/16 deadline. Raymond also consolidated and enhanced corporate physical security programs including Integrated Threat Management, Executive Protection, Incident Notification, Surveying, Physical Security, Bank Branch Security, and Investigations.
