Andy Valenzuela is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources organizations across various industries. Currently serving as EVP of Global Rewards and COO ES at Salesforce, Andy has held significant roles at HireVue as Chief Human Resources Officer and at Calytera as SVP of People, Product, & Technology, where a focus on HR technology and people strategy was emphasized. Previous experience includes serving as Global Vice President & Chief HR Executive Advisor at SAP and VP of Global Human Resources at SunPower Corporation, where Andy led global HR functions and compensation strategy. Education includes a BBA in Management of Info Systems from Texas McCombs School of Business.
