Vinícius Meneses

Vinícius Meneses has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vinícius started their career as a Jr Researcher at Universidade Federal da Bahia in 2003. Vinícius then worked as a Senior Consultant at Falconi, where they led teams in implementing management solutions for large organizations. In 2013, they became an Interim Manager at Will Group - Thompson Management Horizons, responsible for business recovery and operational redesign. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the General Manager at Atelie Oral, leading strategic diversification and achieving a high return on investment. Vinícius joined Dasa in 2018 and held two roles, including Strategy and Operations Superintendent and Head of Digital Products and Operations Manager, where they implemented initiatives for operational improvement and digital transformation. In 2020, they became a Mentor at FRST Falconi, focusing on leadership development. Currently, Vinícius Meneses is the Director of Operations and Director of Product and Innovation at Axpe, starting in 2023. Additionally, they also served as an Advisor at Comsentimento in 2022.

Vinícius Meneses completed their education in a chronological order. Vinícius first attended the University Federal da Bahia from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electronics. Vinícius then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Finance at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a short-term program in Digital Business Strategy. In terms of additional certifications, they earned one from the Miami Ad School in partnership with the M.AD School of Ideas Brazil, which is expected to be obtained in 2024. Vinícius also obtained a certification in Digital Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018.
