Caroline Poisson

Caroline Poisson has held various roles in supply chain management throughout their career. Caroline most recently served as the Supply Chain Director for the CDMO Business Unit at Axplora since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Elkem Silicones as the Head of Global Demand & Supply from 2019 to 2022, and as the Strategic Planning Senior Manager from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Caroline was the Responsable Supply Chain at Hexcel Corporation. Before that, they had a long tenure at bioMérieux, where they held several supply chain management roles including Global Supply Chain Program Manager, Responsable Supply Chain, Demand and Planning Manager, and Business Analyst Global Supply Chain. Caroline began their career as a Consultante en projets industriels at Altran, and then worked as an Ingénieur projet ERP at Merial, A Sanofi Company.

Caroline Poisson earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 1994 to 1999. Caroline also attended the University of Nottingham in 1998 for Industrial Engineering studies. In 2003, they completed a program at APICS Northern Colorado focusing on Basics of Supply Chain.
