Iain Rusling

Iain Rusling, MBA, has a vast and diverse work experience spanning many years. Iain most recently held the position of Chief Quality Officer at Axplora, where they were responsible for overseeing quality management. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Axplora.

Before joining Axplora, Iain was the Global Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at KD Pharma Group. Iain successfully managed quality and regulatory processes during their tenure.

Iain has also held various positions at other companies, including Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they served as the Interim Head of Quality Europe, Generics. Iain also worked as a Principle Project Consultant at Entourage and held the position of Vice President, Global Head of Quality & EHS at Aptuit.

Additionally, Iain has worked at Sandoz as the Head of External Supply Operations (ESO) Quality, Europe/META. Iain served as the Head of Quality at Probiotics International Ltd (Protexin), where they were contracted through Alexium Consulting.

Earlier in their career, they held the role of Director at Alexium Consulting Ltd and served as the Interim QA Manager at Amarin Corporation. Iain also gained experience as the Technical Services Manager at Ipsen.

Throughout their career, Iain has consistently demonstrated expertise in quality management and regulatory affairs, making him a highly qualified professional in their field.

Iain Rusling, MBA, holds an Executive MBA from the Technical University of Munich (2017-2020). Iain has also completed executive education programs at Columbia Business School in Financial Analysis and Valuation for Strategic Decision Making (2017), London Business School in Finance for Non-Finance Executives (2017), and Columbia Business School in High Impact Leadership (2016). Prior to their executive education, they earned a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences from Liverpool John Moores University (1992-1995) and attended The Liverpool Blue Coat School (1985-1992).
