Olivier Legrand

Olivier Legrand has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Olivier currently serves as the VP Head of Customer Projects and Products CDMO Business Unit at Axplora since 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Siegfried Holding AG, including Head of Global Program Management Drug Substances and Project Management, and Head of Project and Program Management at the Evionnaz site. In these positions, they managed a team of project managers, oversaw customer projects, and participated in new customer project selection and site allocation. Before joining Siegfried Holding AG, Olivier worked at BASF Pharma Solutions as the Head of Product Management and Group Leader of Operational Excellence. At Lonza, they held various roles including QA Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Leader, and Process Chemist. Olivier Legrand has a strong background in project management, customer relations, and quality management in the pharmaceutical industry.

Olivier Legrand completed their education in a chronological order. Olivier started by attending Polytech Marseille from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a degree in Ingenieur Chimiste with a focus on Chimie Organique. Olivier then pursued a PhD in Chimie Organique at Aix-Marseille University from 1996 to 1999. Lastly, Olivier obtained a Post-Doc degree in Chimie from the University of Basel, completing their studies from 1999 to 2001.
