Reine Ramon

Reine Ramon has extensive work experience in various roles related to learning and development, digital HR, and process engineering. Reine currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Digital HR at Axplora, where they oversee the implementation and development of HR digital tools and manages local skills development and learning activities. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Novasep University, where they designed and organized tailored training and talent development programs. In addition, they have experience as a Process Manager and Process Engineer at Novasep, where they provided technical and organizational support for process engineers and worked on projects involving separation and purification processes. Before joining Novasep, they worked as an Area Sales Engineer at Pall Corporation and completed engineering internships at Rhodia Food and Ennolys, where they gained experience in R&D and solid fermentation for enzyme production.

Reine Ramon holds an engineering degree in Biochemistry and Bioprocesses from the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse, which they obtained between 1998 and 2003. Reine also completed their Baccalauréat with a specialization in Math from Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle de Londres in 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Reine has obtained various certifications in areas such as Digital RH, Management des Ressources Humaines, and Safety for Operational Supervisors SCC - Sécurité pour cadres operationnels VCA.
