Emanuele Pagani

Emanuele Pagani serves as the ServiceNow® Platform Owner at Axpo Group since August 2023, overseeing the implementation of Enterprise Service Management across IT, HR, and Workplace. Previously, Emanuele held multiple positions at Swiss Re from January 2011 to July 2023, including Product Area Lead for Parametric and Specialty Solutions and IT Application Manager, while contributing as a consultant for Brazilian Insurance Company UBF integration and acting as a Scrum Master and Product Owner. Emanuele's career also includes significant experience at HP from 2000 to 2011, where roles ranged from IT Project Manager to Support Service Manager, focusing on customer data integration, ITIL process deployment, and team leadership. Emanuele holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has completed ITIL v2 and v3 Service Management certifications.
