Edgar Bautista

Edgar Bautista has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Edgar most recently served as the Director of Product Design at AXS since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Art Director at AXS from January 2018 to December 2022. Edgar also worked as a Senior UI Designer at AXS from March 2015 to December 2017.

Before joining AXS, Edgar worked at IDGMI as a Senior Lead Designer/Design Manager from March 2011 to March 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the design of mobile and web apps, sites, wireframes, and prototypes. Edgar also created brand designs for various projects.

Prior to IDGMI, Edgar held the position of Senior Lead Designer/Art Dept. Manager at N.T.S., Inc. from August 2004 to January 2011. Here, they designed ad campaigns for multiple clients on various platforms.

Edgar began their career at It's Alive Co. as a Lead Digital Artist from January 2003 to July 2004. Edgar was responsible for creating and producing digital artwork for the marketing department and designing 3D models for theme park attractions.

Earlier in their career, Edgar worked at Creative Graphic Services as a Production Artist from August 2002 to December 2002. Edgar prepared and produced printed assets and designed fictitious ads for multiple broadcasts.

Edgar's first job in the industry was at Troxtel Design, where they served as a Production Designer/Graphic Artist from August 2000 to May 2002. Edgar managed and designed the conceptual look of live concert and television show sets for major clients in the Hip-Hop and Rock industries. Edgar was also responsible for event and company promo artwork.

Edgar Bautista obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Animation from The Art Institute of California-Los Angeles. Edgar pursued this degree from 1998 to 2001.
