Joseph Bissell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joseph began their career as a Floor Manager at Rosie's Patio, where they were responsible for creating schedules, conducting inventory, and training new staff members. Joseph then worked as an Administrative Assistant at A.A. Warranty for three years before transitioning to Penn State University as a Student Affairs Receptionist. In this role, they answered phones, directed students, and handled administrative tasks. Joseph also gained experience in the food and beverage industry, working as a Line Cook, Server, and Food Runner at Nonni's Corner Trattoria, where they managed catering events, conducted inventory, and worked on the kitchen line.

Moving into a supervisory role, Joseph served as an Assistant Manager at BAR JJ Inc, where they conducted market research, ran advertising campaigns, and assisted in managing a staff of 15. Joseph then became a Department Manager at HLW Fast Track, overseeing orientation, shift operations, and hiring for multiple stores. Following this, Joseph joined Aramark as a VIP Food and Beverage Supervisor, ensuring staff adherence to food safety and customer service standards, and maintaining accurate records.

Joseph then pursued their career in the ticketing industry, starting as a Box Office Representative at MGM Resorts International. Joseph progressed to roles such as Box Office Lead, Box Office Supervisor, and eventually Manager of Ticketing. In these positions, they worked closely with promoters, managed box office operations, trained staff, and monitored financial allocations and event sales.

Joseph's next role was as an Assistant Manager of Ticketing at AEG Presents. In this position, they collaborated with design and construction partners to ensure optimal seating layouts, worked with multiple departments to facilitate event operations, and oversaw a team of supervisors and agents. Joseph also partnered with AXS client services to launch new show runs and form accounting procedures.

Currently, Joseph serves as an Account Manager at AXS. In this role, they manage 11 clients, oversees ticketing operations for various venues, develops marketing plans, collaborates with 3rd party companies, and provides onsite support. Joseph also plays a key role in business development, client communication, training, and system optimization to enhance guest experiences and ensure compliance.

Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a focus on enhancing customer experiences and optimizing operations.

Joseph Bissell attended Penn State University from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Business Administration and Management as well as Biology. Joseph then transferred to Allegheny College and studied Business Administration and Management and Biology from 2011 to 2012. In November 2019, Joseph obtained a certification in "Learning from Failure" from LinkedIn.
