Justin Daniel

Justin Daniel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical account management, web security support, customer service, and consultation. Currently serving as an HVC Technical Account Manager II at Sucuri Security since December 2021, Justin assists agency and enterprise clients with onboarding and technical inquiries, while also coding and maintaining automation bash scripts for improved productivity. Prior to this role, Justin worked at GoDaddy for nearly nine years in various capacities, ranging from Website Security Support to Hosting Technical Lead, where expertise in malware removal, troubleshooting, and customer education was developed. Additionally, Justin has been a Small Business Consultant and Web System Administrator since 2013, helping small businesses enhance their online presence. With a strong foundation in leadership and customer relations from roles in collections and telefunding earlier in the career, Justin builds on a solid educational background with studies in General Studies from Kirkwood Community College.
