Avantika Dubnoff, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical research and Trial Master File (TMF) management. Currently serving as a TMF Manager at Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. since January 2024, Avantika previously held the role of TMF Lead II at Syneos Health, where responsibilities included overseeing TMF management activities from project award to completion. Prior roles encompass various positions at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions, Cu-Tech, LLC, and other organizations, focusing on site monitoring, regulatory compliance, and clinical trial management. Avantika holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Research Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Sacred Heart University.
