Hanna Suh

Hanna Suh currently serves as Senior Director of Corporate & Commercial Counsel at Axsome Therapeutics, Inc., a position held since February 2023, after previously holding the role of Director in the same department. Prior to joining Axsome Therapeutics, Hanna Suh worked at Takeda from 2019 to February 2023 as Lead Counsel, notably contributing to the US Biolife Plasma Services and Plasma-Derived Therapies R&D legal team and participating in the European Union Innovative Medicines Initiative for rare diseases. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Counsel at Shire from 2017 to 2019 and as Director and Associate Counsel at Mylan from 2011 to 2017, where Hanna Suh also held the position of Senior Manager in Corporate Counsel. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Ottawa and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, with majors in Human Biology and History and a minor in Psychology.
