Cherrise Hatcher has a varied work experience, beginning with their role as a Photographer & Customer Service Representative at Lifetouch Portrait Studios from 2011 to 2021. During this time, they executed photo shoots, troubleshot camera issues, and personalized sales approach to raise customer retention by 31%. Cherrise also maintained a high sales average, doubled monthly customer satisfaction ratings, and surged monthly sales by 44%. In addition, they supervised over 80+ employees in photography and time management strategies to reduce wait times for clients.

In 2021, Hatcher began working as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Quartet Health. Cherrise Hatcher is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Security from John Jay College (CUNY), which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. In 2021, they also completed an Apprenticeship in Web Development Resident at John Jay College (CUNY). Prior to this, they obtained an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Queensborough Community College, which they completed in 2020.
