Ray Leach is the Co-Founder and President of The O.H.I.O. Fund, a position they currently hold since 2024. Previously, they served as the Founding CEO of JumpStart, Inc. from 2004 to 2023, and held the role of Entrepreneur-in-Residence at CommonAngels in 2001-2002. Ray also founded Publishing Solutions, Inc. in 1988 and successfully sold the business in 1997. They earned an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance and Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 2002.
