Luciana Teles has a diverse range of work experience in the field of customer success and customer care. Luciana is currently serving as the "Diretora de Customer Success e Customer Care" at Axur since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of "Head of Customer Success and Customer Care" at Axur from January 2020 to April 2023.

In 2012, Luciana attended St. Lawrence College where they completed a program titled Marketing - An Introduction. Luciana'seducational journey began in 2002 at Universidade Católica de Santos, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication - Journalism in 2005.
