Eric Merriman

Eric Merriman has extensive work experience in the software engineering and quality assurance fields. Eric has held various roles in companies such as Axway, Appcelerator, Adobe Systems, HP, and Apple Computer.

At Axway, Eric served as the Vice President of Software Engineering, where they were responsible for leading the development and management of software products. Prior to that, they held the role of Product Line Director for Axway Appcelerator developer tools, where they developed project roadmaps and managed backlogs and sprints.

Before joining Axway, Eric worked as the Director of Mobile Software Engineering for Axway Appcelerator, where they managed a team of engineers and oversaw the development and maintenance of various software products.

Prior to their tenure at Axway, Eric worked at Appcelerator as the Quality Engineering Manager. Eric led the quality engineering efforts for Titanium SDK, Titanium Studio, and Appcelerator Cloud Services.

Eric also gained experience at companies such as Adobe Systems and HP. At Adobe Systems, they worked as a Quality Engineer for the AIR team, conducting testing and developing test documentation. At HP, they held multiple roles including QA Manager and Protolab Manager, where they managed test teams and developed processes and tools for product development.

Before their career in software engineering, Eric owned their own photography business, specializing in family, portrait, and product photography.
