Kostadin Galabov

Kostadin Galabov has a robust background in technical support and cloud operations, currently serving as Senior Director of EMEA Technical Support and Cloud at Axway since July 2008. In this role, Kostadin oversees teams in Paris, Bucharest, and Sofia, focusing on development strategy, budgeting, and customer outcomes. Prior positions at Axway include Senior Director of Technical Support for the Bucharest and Sofia teams, and earlier, Kostadin successfully established an R&D operations team and enhanced customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes positions at Tumbleweed Communications as Director of Sofia Technical Support and Technical Support and IT Manager, where notable achievements in team growth and technical knowledge development were made. Karier transition began at Netclime Inc. as System Administrator, with foundational experience gained as Quality Assurance Engineer. Kostadin holds an MSc in Informatics from the University of National and World Economy and is a graduate of the Sofia Math School.
