Lenon Silva

Lenon Silva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Lenon currently serves as the CTO at Flip Saúde, where they oversee the IT Technical Team and software development. Prior to this, they worked at Axxes Saúde as a Tech Lead & Software Engineer, responsible for leading the technical team and implementing best practices in software development.

Before joining Flip Saúde, Lenon served as a Tech Lead at i9tv, where they integrated systems with communication platforms and developed bots and automations for customer service and business processes. Lenon also managed the internal team and implemented Scrum as a project management methodology.

Lenon's previous experience includes working as a Full System Analyst at Igreja Universal, where they implemented ERP management systems. Lenon also worked as a Software Engineer at Ernst Young Terco, where they developed web systems for data analysis and tax obligations. Lenon was also a Data Analyst and Consultant at Volkswagen do Brasil and Nextel Telecomunicações, respectively, where they worked on tax obligations and data analysis projects.

Additionally, Lenon has experience as a BI Analyst at Avon. Overall, Lenon Silva has a strong background in software development, technical leadership, and project management.

From 2007 to 2009, Lenon attended ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo, where they obtained a Technician degree in System Development.

In 2009, Lenon enrolled in Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and completed a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Tecnologia em Tecnologia da Informação/Sistemas da Informação.

Also in 2009, Lenon attended Centro Universitário Senac and earned a Bachelor's degree in Jogos Digitais.

From 2010 to 2012, Lenon studied at Universidade Paulista and obtained a Superior em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas degree in Computer Systems Analysis/Analyst.

In 2021, Lenon enrolled in Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo and is expected to complete a Master of Business Administration - MBA in IT Management by 2022.
