Polina Georgieva

Polina Georgieva serves as the General Counsel at AXXON BULGARIA JSC since November 2020, a leading logistics company in Bulgaria with over 25 years of experience. Prior to this role, Polina was the Compliance and Legal Officer at Miele from December 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included managing legal and compliance matters, drafting contracts, and implementing anti-money laundering directives. Polina has extensive experience in various domains, holding positions such as Founder of Nesheva & Partners, Legal Officer at BTL LLC, Legal Consultant at BgMOT LLC, and more. With a strong foundation in corporate, labor, and real estate law, Polina has delivered legal training and developed compliance policies in multiple organizations. Polina Georgieva holds a Master's degree in Cyber Security from New Bulgarian University and a Master of Laws from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
