Elias Elias currently serves as the Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer at Aya Gold & Silver since April 2020 and holds the position of Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs at both Falcon Energy Materials plc and Sama Resources Inc. since January 2018. Prior to these roles, Elias was the Vice President of Legal, Corporate Affairs, and Corporate Secretary at Aya Gold & Silver Inc. from April 2020 to November 2023, and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Windiga Energy from November 2013 to November 2023. Earlier career experience includes roles such as Legal Counsel at Semafo Inc. and Gildan, and Attorney positions at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and Lapointe Rosenstein. Legal training was completed with an LLB in Law and a degree in Civil Law from the University of Ottawa, along with a Membre du Barreau certification in 2007.
