Prior to this role, Meryem has extensive experience in project leadership and human resources management, including serving as a Consultante from February 2018 to December 2021 and holding various strategic positions at OCP SA from December 1997 to January 2018, including Director of Projects and PMO. Meryem's expertise spans across HR policies, talent acquisition, learning management, and change management, alongside overseeing significant projects involving the development of training units and employee compensation structures. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Al Akhawayn University and a diplôme d'ingénieur from École Hassania des Travaux Publics, complemented by advanced managerial training at HEC Paris.
