Aileene Fernandez

Aileene Fernandez has extensive experience in learning, organization development, and innovation, currently holding the position of Head at Ayala Corporation. Prior to that, Aileene worked at Ateneo de Manila University as a lecturer and part-time faculty member. Aileene holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies with a major in Organization Development from Ateneo de Manila University.
