Leo Rastogi, PhD has an extensive work experience in various roles and positions. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the CEO and co-founder of Value One, a leading CRM solution company that was acquired by Seraro in 2010. In 2008, Leo became the CEO and co-founder of OSSCube, which was acquired by Happiest Minds Technologies in 2017. At Happiest Minds Technologies, they served as the CEO of the DTES division from 2017 to 2018. Leo also has experience as an independent director at GHCL Limited and as a member of the board of directors at wegamed GmbH. Leo is currently the founder and CEO of Soul Spring, and the co-founder and chief mentor at ayam world.

Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London. Leo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Delhi University. Moreover, they have completed Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the University of Oxford.
