Marjan Fariborz

Marjan Fariborz is a Senior System Architect at Ayar Labs, having joined in September 2023. Previously, Marjan served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis from September 2018 to 2023. Additional experience includes positions as a Research Intern at AMD and a Software Engineer at Facebook, both in 2022 and 2021 respectively, as well as a Software Engineer Intern at Mentor Graphics in 2018. Marjan's early career involved research assistance at Lehigh University from 2016 to 2018, focusing on the Computer Architecture Lab. Marjan holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis, a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lehigh University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic.
