Dima Rachlenko

Dima Rachlenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system architecture and project management, currently serving as a Senior System Architect at Candela Medical since June 2021. Dima possesses a solid understanding of relevant medical standards and leads the development of medical systems. Prior to this role, Dima spent two decades at Elbit Systems Ltd, where positions included Technical Project Manager, System Engineer, Hardware Design Engineer, and Product Manager, overseeing various aspects of system design, integration, and project management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Test Equipment Engineer at Ceragon Networks and practical engineering in the Israel Air Force. Dima holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ariel University and a Practical Engineer degree from Netanya Academic College.
