Nitish Bharadwaj

Nitish Bharadwaj has varied work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they serve as the Vice President at AyeKart Fintech, starting in December 2022. Prior to this role, Nitish worked at Caspian, where they held the positions of Investment Manager and Senior Associate from 2019 to 2022. Nitish also worked as a Manager at Axis Bank from 2018 to 2019, handling credit limits and financial analysis. Before that, Nitish was a Manager at YES BANK from 2016 to 2018, focusing on fund-based and non-fund based credit limits for MSME loans. Nitish also served as the Manager of Operations at Sahayog Microfinance Limited from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Nitish gained experience through a summer internship at Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society in 2013, where they conducted a vegetable value chain analysis. Nitish started their career as a Software Engineer at Quinnox Consultancy Services from 2010 to 2012, where they contributed to streamlining processes and managing complex projects.

Nitish Bharadwaj completed a postgraduate diploma in Forestry Management with a focus on Conservation and Livelihood from the Indian Institute of Forest Management between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Nitish Bharadwaj also obtained certifications in Principles of Valuation: Time Value of Money, Financial Evaluation and Strategy: Corporate Finance, and R Programming from Coursera in 2016 and 2014.
