Shubhendu Dash

Shubhendu Dash serves as the Senior Vice President of Agribusiness at Ayekart, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Shubhendu held senior roles at ACCESS Development Services, including Sr. Vice President & Head of Farm Division, where responsibilities involved enhancing the agricultural value chain and managing farmer producer organizations across multiple states in India. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Grant Thornton LLP, TechnoServe, and M.R. Morarka-GDC Rural Research Foundation, focusing on agribusiness promotion, sustainable agriculture, and stakeholder management. Shubhendu also brings expertise from Bayer Pharmaceuticals as an Area Sales Manager. Educational qualifications include a PG Diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and an MBA from Sambalpur University.
