Katherine Ramos Muñoz

Katherine Ramos Muñoz has extensive work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Katherine started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Ecodestinos Agencia de Viajes in 2012. Katherine then worked as an Assistant in Food and Beverage at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from November 2013 to April 2014. In 2014, they joined Asia Pacific Tours as an Account Executive and Sales Executive until December 2015. Katherine then returned to Hilton Hotels & Resorts where they worked as a Junior Income Auditor from January 2016 to November 2021, and as a Credit and Portfolio Analyst from August 2016 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Finance Analyst at Ayenda Hoteles since January 2022. Katherine was recently promoted to Senior Analyst Corporate Finance in January 2023.

Katherine Ramos Muñoz completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia, starting in 2009 and finishing in 2013. Katherine also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in subjects such as accounting fundamentals, creating high-performance teams, managing teams through missions and key results, understanding and leveraging technology, developing emotional intelligence, and managing employees with high potential, among others. These certifications were obtained between November 2020 and May 2021.
