Shannon Haynes

Shannon Haynes started their work experience as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Challenger Corporation from May 1999 to January 2001. Shannon then worked as a Professional Sales Representative at Ortho-McNeil from January 2001 to November 2004. Following that, they served as a Senior Professional Sales Rep at Ortho-McNeil Neurologics from January 2001 to December 2006. From January 2007 to January 2008, they worked as an Account Executive at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. Shannon then joined ConvaTec as a Senior Territory Manager responsible for managing wound and skin care in various healthcare facilities from March 2008 to September 2012. Shannon's most recent role was as the Director of Client Development at Emmaus Consulting, LLC, where they were responsible for guiding healthcare practices in improving financial performance and achieving optimal results from September 2012 to May 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Prosperity Officer at Ayers Foundation Trust since 2023.

Shannon Haynes obtained an MBA degree in Business from Union University from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Christian Brothers University from 1995 to 2000. In addition, they have obtained a CRHCP Certification from the National Association of Rural Health Clinics Inc in 2018.
