Eric Zobrist

Eric Zobrist is a principal who specializes in planning, designing, and managing projects of all kinds, including large-scale higher education, research, corporate, retail, and mixed-use residential projects. With more than 25 years of experience, he believes high design means providing the client with everything they want and need. He is a strong communicator who takes steps to ensure clients understand how decisions are made and are included in the process every step of the way.

Eric creates designs that are useful, yet inspiring. His work solves pre-existing problems while also serving as the backdrop for new memories and creative projects down the line. As part of the leadership team in the Tempe office, Eric has led multiple high-profile and complex institutional projects throughout the west including Arizona, Texas, California, Washington, and Colorado. Some of his favorite projects include the Interdisciplinary Research and Education Building at the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center and the Hayden Library Reinvention at Arizona State University.
