Jason Castillo

Associate Principal at Ayers Saint Gross, Inc.

Jason Castillo is a landscape architect with more than 20 years of experience in master planning, urban design, amenity design, and landscape architecture within the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions of the United States. He prides himself on being adaptable and has worked on a wide variety of projects in both private and public sectors, including gardens, parks, institutional campuses, and commercial mixed-use projects.

As a project manager, Jason approaches every project with a focus on practicality, ensuring projects can be well-planned and executed. He feels most rewarded while working collaboratively across disciplines to understand how the details of a project work together in a holistic way. Jason loves sharing knowledge and serves as a mentor for junior designers. Jason has been involved in the ASLA and has spoken at conferences on the topic of social media for landscape architects.

Prior to joining Ayers Saint Gross in 2021, Jason was project manager of the multi-disciplinary team implementing the Phase 1 redevelopment of Rash Field Park in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
