Michelle Kollmann

Associate Principal at Ayers Saint Gross, Inc.

With more than 20 years of experience working in all phases of architecture, Michelle Kollmann is an associate principal and interior studio leader who believes that good design comes from an interdisciplinary approach. With a background in architecture, she has a talent for creating a unified vision between the layout, function, and aesthetic of interior spaces and the exterior of a building.

Michelle takes inspiration from her clients, nature, and travel to create spaces that enrich experience. She advocates for the use of authentic, healthy, and sustainable materials in the built environment. Michelle believes there is a power in curiosity and collaboration and finds it rewarding to solve problems for clients as part of a team. Some of her noteworthy projects include work at Colby College, the University of Arizona, and the Missouri Botanical Garden.

Michelle is a member of IIDA and AIA. She is passionate about design and a champion for the firm’s advancement in design excellence.
