Lida Ocampo

Lida Ocampo is a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at Ayesa since April 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Latam at Cibernos from October 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end management of technology recruitment processes for projects in Spain and Latin America. Lida also served as an Evaluator Analyst at Activos Colombia between February 2019 and October 2021, focusing on identifying and selecting top technological profiles for various projects. Earlier experience includes a position as a Personal Selection Analyst at Banco de las Microfinanzas - Bancamia S.A. from December 2017 to December 2018, ensuring recruitment based on competency models for both technological and commercial profiles. Lida holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Minuto de Dios and a technical degree in Human Resource Management from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
